Student Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life happens! Here's what to know about cancellations and late arrivals for your yoga practice at Grace&Grounding.
Cancellations:
24 Hours in Advance (or more): No problem! Simply cancel your class reservation online through our website at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Your class will be credited back to your Offering Tree account.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be refunded or credited.
If you are unable to cancel online, please email info@graceandgrounding.com (24 hour policy still applies)
Late Arrivals:
We encourage you to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class starts to allow time to settle in. Doors will open 15 minutes before class starts. If you run late:
Up to 5 minutes late: You'll be welcome to join the class quietly, respecting the flow of the practice already in progress.
More than 5 minutes late: For safety reasons and respect toward other students, you will not be permitted to join the class once it's begun. This late arrival will be considered a missed class and no refunds will be awarded.
All sales are final. However, when you cancel a class within the 24-hour policy window, the class credit will be added to your Offering Tree account. You can use these credits to book future classes at your convenience.
We appreciate your understanding!
Please note: This policy is subject to change. We recommend checking our website periodically for updates.
