Parent’s Night Out: Art & Yoga (ages 7-11)
Every 2nd Friday of the Month 5:30-8pm

In these monthly classes, your child will learn to love themselves and others in the same way that Christ does. Every session, kids will engage in a combination of yoga and creativity that may include painting, sculpture, drawing, and more. Kids will learn ways to take care of their body physically using simple postures. They will develop healthy coping skills that will help to calm their nervous system and emotionally regulate.
Dinner included (likely pizza, fruit, and veggies with water)
